I enjoyed my stay overall. The location was a major highlight with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made a difference. However, I did notice that the rooms could use some renovation and the noise from the hallway was a bit disruptive at times.

I had a nice stay overall at The Platinum Hotel. The location was fantastic as it was close to shops and restaurants, making my stay convenient. On the downside, the gym and spa were closed during my visit, and I found the bedsheet to be slightly small for the bed. However, I appreciated the friendly service from the staff throughout my stay.

I had a lovely stay at The Platinum Hotel in Muscat! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable retreat. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Although the dining options could be better, especially during Ramadan, the generous breakfast was a good surprise. Overall, the attentive staff made my experience noteworthy, despite the need for room renovations.
